SCHEDULING AND CONTACT INFORMATION
Requests for appointments should be submitted using our online booking platform. Specific appointments that are unique and not available through our scheduling portal should be submitted via email or our contact page.
AT THE SHOOT
The client is responsible for the presence of the authorized representative at the shoot to approve the Photographer’s interpretation of the project. If the client or brokerage representative is not present, the Photographer’s interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. The photographer will make a reasonable effort to remove litter, stray objects, etc., from the rooms. However, please note that this does not include things like making beds or rearranging the furniture. Agents/homeowners are expected to complete the property staging and cleaning before the appointment. A photoshoot checklist will be digitally delivered after the appointment is scheduled. All properties will be shot “as is.” Your input is essential in choosing the best rooms and angles to photograph. Absent your input, the photographer will use his/her best judgment and experience to decide how best to shoot the property.
AFTER THE SHOOT
Once the images have been made, the photographer will perform digital retouching and deliver them to you the next business day after the shoot, excluding weekends/holidays. Delivery is via the client's Download Section, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Google Drive transfer to the email address you supply. All images will meet a minimum resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels, usable for the internet, MLS, and prints up to 8 x 10.
CANCELLATION, NO-SHOW, INCLEMENT WEATHER
A minimum of 24-hour notice must be given for cancellation or rescheduling of the shoot. Any appointment canceled after 24hrs notice period will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Arriving 30 minutes late to an appointment will be considered a cancellation and billed at the shoot's full rate. Every effort will be made to accommodate a rescheduling. If an appointment is canceled on the same day within 5 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged a same-day cancellation fee equal to 1/2 the appointment's total price or a minimum of $150, whichever is greater.
Inclement weather preventing photography will cause a new date to be scheduled as soon as possible.
RIGHTS AND USAGE
All images produced for an Agent, Broker, or Homeowner (Client) may be used for any marketing material and campaigns associated with the property and for the Client's self-promotion for the duration of the listing. The Client's parent company may also use the photos for the sole purpose of marketing the property photographed. Ownership of the image remains with the photographer, and a license is granted only to the client and the client's parent company and not to any third party. Any use of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the photographer, and a licensing fee is collected. All properties will be shot “as is.” The photographer will use his/her best judgment and experience to decide how to shoot the property.
PAYMENT
Payment is due when booking to secure the appointment day and time. Certain exceptions are made for commercial accounts, long-term clients, and Brokerages.
Data Sharing
• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for any purposes.
We commit to not transferring any consumer data to external organizations under any circumstances, even with consent.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.
